Not enough people online for a dungeon? Bring party bots. They join your group, fight, heal and tank, and they are always the same level as you. Every player can now use them, up to four bots at a time — a full party of five.
How to start
Type the commands in the chat box, just like any other chat message:
.partybot add warrior tank— a warrior to tank..partybot add priest healer— a priest to keep you alive..partybot add mage dps— and up to two more for damage.
A bot can be any class your side can play (paladins for the Alliance, shamans for the Horde). Write only the role — .partybot add healer — and the class is picked for you. Bots come with gear close to your level.
Commands
.partybot add <class> <role> | add a bot (roles: tank, healer, dps) |
.partybot setrole <role> | change the role of the bot you have targeted |
.partybot remove | dismiss the bot you have targeted |
.partybot pull | the tank pulls your target, the damage bots wait 10 seconds |
.partybot attackstart / attackstop | all bots attack your target / stop attacking |
.partybot cometome | bots come to you (the targeted one, or all of them) |
.partybot pause / unpause | bots stand still / act again |
.partybot ccmark skull | bots crowd-control targets with that raid mark |
.partybot focusmark skull | bots focus targets with that raid mark |
.partybot clearmarks | forget the marks |
Marks are: star, circle, diamond, triangle, moon, square, cross and skull.
Good to know
- Bots leave when you log out; add them again next time.
- They are good, not perfect: mark the targets and pull carefully in harder dungeons.
- Something odd? Tell us in Bug Reports.
Good luck in there!
