DragonFire-BG is built by a small team, and we cannot see everything ourselves. The Bug Reports page is how you help us find what is broken — in the game, in the browser client and on the site.
Why your reports matter
Every report is read. A good report saves us hours of searching and often gets fixed within days. The minutes you spend writing one make the server better for you and for everyone who plays after you. This is the most direct way to help the realm grow.
How to write a good report
- Search first. If someone has already reported it, open that report and press "Affects me too". Reports that affect more players are looked at first.
- Pick the area and category, so the report reaches the right place.
- Say what you did, what happened and what you expected. Step by step, as if we had never seen it.
- Add names. The quest, NPC, item or spell, and where you were. Links from our database are perfect.
- Say how you play — in the browser or with a game client.
What happens next
You can follow the status of every report, comment on it and see the list of recently fixed ones. When we fix something, we write what was done.
